I practiced with Shawn about once a week for several months and noticed a general feeling of wellbeing and fitness. He emphasized correct form and breathing techniques, yet made it okay to be imperfect. Shawn created a very open environment and we all appreciated that when we were faced with new positions or challenging sequences. Shawn's class got me to try more than a couple poses that I might not otherwise have tried! I really did get a lot out of his class, even though I did not attend for a long period of time.![]()
